Energy healing or energy therapy can be considered a complimentary approach to traditional medicine. This is based on the belief that vital energy flows through our human bodies. This vital energy, our "life force" is known, celebrated, and manipulated in many cultures around our planet, using different modalities. You may be familiar with some therapy styles such as Reiki, Qigong, Pranic, Quantum, and Channeled Light Healing. Personally, I use a combination of several of these therapies and channel from the highest frequencies available to me and my clients during our time together.
When you visit in person, I will greet you in the lobby and invite you up to "my tree house" office. Feel free to let me know if there are any "ailments" you would like addressed during our session. Once we are settled in I spend a few minutes in detail of what you can may receive in our session. I typically start with mediumship and pass along messages from your passed loved ones and any additional psychic info that I receive. After, early messges, you will take your shoes off and lay face up on the therapy table. There is calming music playing and we will begin a short series of slow breaths together and a connecting meditation. From here, you get to lay back and relax & many times receive additional messages from your guides and loved ones. Some folks fall asleep, while others have physical sensations such as tingling &/ or muscle movement, such as twitching. I have also had clients sense different colors or process past memories & emotions on a deeper level. Each session is different as the energy is moved and harmonized through your body's chakra, meridian, and energetic/auric levels.
Virtual sessions are typically 30-60 minutes via Zoom or the phone. I bring through any messages and then will mediate and do the remote energy work after we are done with the call. If I get any additional messages, I will follow up with you.
As previously mentioned, many times during a session, I am also a channel for the clients' guides, ancestors and passed loved ones. I pass along messages or information that clients may have yet to process or hear on their own. If you are not open to these types of messages, please let me know at booking and I can focus quietly on the energy work. - Thank you

Through recent life turns, I find myself here with you in this supportive space of Heart Seed Healing. I was fortunate enough, several years back, to receive a message from my grandmother and a friend at an event with world renowned psychic medium, John Edward. This was a huge turning point in itself. It gave me the KNOWING that there really is more to THIS life and that our love is genuinely eternal. During this same reading, John unexpectedly told me that I would be doing a form of energy work, similar to Reiki, in the years to come. At the time, I honestly had to go home and look up the definition. I was sure the message was for someone else next to or around me. The joke was on me because here you are and I am a trained Reiki Master, now practicing my own approach to energy healing. As for me being a psychic medium, that was a surprise as well. The more I learned to give into my intuition, the more it has gifted me. It’s an absolute honor and FUN to be able to connect people to their passed loved ones. Currently, I am scheduling a few Mediumship connections a week, via ZOOM or phone sessions. Depending on connections made during our call, please allow yourself a minimum of 30 minutes, but be available for up to 60 minutes, in a quiet space alone, without interruptions. I have always been "sensitive" and have recently connected deeply with my own intuition. It has been amazing watching and sensing a new path unfold before me. I believe all of us have the ability to tap into our intuition, it's a matter of practice and finesse, as with any skill or ability. I have gone to school for this, much like an online Hogwarts! I use the following "clairs" when I am doing a mediumship reading as well as channeling during an energy session.

The last two have been the most challenging for me to "trust". That's the beauty of intuition, it really asks you to do just that and so far I'm in complete awe with all it has shown me.
If you prefer an in person Mediumship Session, I am able to accommodate with premium pricing. However, if you are concerned that the connection won't work virtually, I assure you that messages are still received with ease.
